Privacy notice

This notice covers the HOUR5 website, optional launch email list and native Mac and iPhone applications. The applications are still in development and are not yet available as a public commercial release.

What you share

If you join the launch list, we store your email address, preferred platform, signup time and the version of the consent notice you accepted. We use this information to send HOUR5 launch and availability updates. Joining is optional and free.

Your HOUR5 account

If you use Google or Apple to sign in, our authentication service processes your sign in identity, account identifier and email address. HOUR5 does not receive your Google or Apple password. Use the same sign in method and account on each device to access the same HOUR5 account. Apple may supply a private relay email address if you choose Hide My Email.

Optional usage sync

Sync is optional and starts only after you enable it. It stores AI provider names, account labels, email addresses, plan names, usage percentages, reset times, observation times and the source device name in your HOUR5 account. This lets your signed in devices display the same usage details. Other HOUR5 users cannot read these records through the app. Pausing sync stops new uploads but does not remove existing shared records.

Local connections and widgets

AI provider connection credentials remain on the device where you connect them. HOUR5 encrypts its provider vault files using a key stored in that device’s Keychain. An external CLI may maintain its own login file in a folder you explicitly select. HOUR5 does not upload AI provider passwords, API keys, tokens or browser cookies through usage sync. Native widgets receive usage summaries and an expiring HOUR5 session access token through the platform’s shared storage and Keychain so they can read your usage. They do not receive AI provider credentials or your HOUR5 refresh token. Local usage copies remain available offline until sign out or removal.

Where information is processed

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect it. Supabase stores launch submissions, HOUR5 account information and shared usage records in our project in Ireland. Google or Apple processes authentication when you choose that sign in method. These providers may process operational information in other locations under their own service arrangements. Your email is not displayed to other website visitors.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not add advertising analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. We do not sell your launch signup data. Hosting providers may process information needed for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Your AI accounts

This website does not request or collect AI provider passwords, API keys, access tokens or refresh tokens. Do not send credentials through the signup form or support email.

Removing app data

You can remove a shared account from the app’s HOUR5 account settings. This deletes its shared usage details while keeping a minimal deletion marker to prevent an offline device from restoring them. Its local provider connection remains until you remove it separately. Signing out clears the device’s HOUR5 session and cloud usage cache, but retains its local provider connections. Delete HOUR5 account in settings removes your authentication account and associated cloud usage. It does not revoke your separate Google, Apple or AI provider account, or unsubscribe a separately submitted launch email. Hosting providers may retain operational logs or backups under their retention policies.

Launch list retention and removal

We retain launch signup information while it is needed for HOUR5 launch updates. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing trackaitoken@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Ask to leave the launch list and we will remove your signup. We may need limited information to verify and handle your request.

Contact and changes

HOUR5 is an independent project operated by the project owner reachable at trackaitoken@gmail.com. Contact that address for privacy questions. If this website’s practices change, we will update this notice and its effective date.
